Raipur. An FIR has been registered in Odisha under various sections against Siddharth Goyal and Aditya Goyal, operators of SHEHRA DESIGNS STUDIO of Raipur. This FIR has been lodged against them by Sunil Goyal of Kesinga. He alleges that he had bought designer suits from SHEHRA DESIGNS STUDIO for his son’s wedding. But when it was tried, there were many flaws in it.
Which he told again for alteration. After this, when he reached Raipur a few days before the wedding i.e. in February 2025, he made full payment and took the clothes, but when he took it home and tried it, the flaws mentioned were not removed.
When he reached SHEHRA DESIGNS STUDIO with a complaint about this, he was mistreated. Now in this case, the victim has lodged an FIR in the police station. The Kesinga police have registered a case against the accused Siddharth Goyal and Aditya Goyal under sections 296, 318(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS
