GRP arrested accused of robbery and dacoity from railway station
Jodhpur: Jodhpur GRP has arrested an accused from the railway station who had committed more than 10 incidents of robbery and dacoity. The accused was absconding for a long time and was roaming around the railway station with sharp weapons. According to the police, he was planning a robbery. On the instructions of GRP Superintendent of Police Pooja Awana and GRP Circle Deputy Superintendent Gautam Kumar Jain, a special campaign is being conducted to arrest the miscreants at the railway stations. Under the leadership of GRP police station officer Mahesh Shrimali, a campaign was launched to prevent crimes and detect drugs and illegal weapons in railway stations and trains. In this search operation, accused Deeparam son of Bhooparam was arrested at Jodhpur railway station. Accused Deeparam, resident of Tala village of Genani of Dhorimanna in Barmer, was found roaming with a knife.
