Guidelines issued for filling nomination papers for conduct of elections
Narayanpur. Election notice has been issued under the Conduct of Elections Rules 1961 (Legal Rules and Orders) for assembly constituency number 84 Narayanpur (ST). It has been informed by the Returning Officer that the member of 84 Narayanpur (SC) Assembly Constituency is to be elected from Chhattisgarh Assembly.
Nomination letter to the Returning Officer or to Tehsildar Narayanpur Abhayjit Singh Mandavi, Assistant Returning Officer by the candidate or any of his proposers on any day after 20 October 2023 (other than public holidays) between 11 am to 3 pm in the office of Collector Narayanpur Room. Can be delivered in serial no. 20. The drafts of nomination papers can be obtained at the aforesaid place and time, scrutiny of nomination papers will be done in the office of Collector Narayanpur, Room No. 20 on October 21 at 10 am. Notice of withdrawal of candidature or by the candidate or his proposer or his election agent authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to any of the officers specified in the above paragraph in his office by 3 p.m. on 23rd October Pre-delivery can be done and in case of contested election, voting will be held on November 7 from 7 am to 3 pm.
