Gujarat: 15 years old gang raped, eight arrested

Gujarat: A 15 year old minor girl was allegedly raped after being kidnapped. She was gang raped by eight men out of which three were her own friends. This incident took place in Gujarat.

According to the police complaint filed by the victim’s mother, the incident occurred at approximately 10:00 PM on Wednesday. The minor had reportedly stepped out of her house to relieve herself when she was kidnapped.

According to the reports, three men, who were later identified as friends of the victim, forcibly took her on a motorcycle to a nearby check dam. Upon reaching the location, the primary suspects called five others to the site with a car. The group allegedly threatened the girl before taking turns to rape her.

Following the incident, the victim managed to return home and narrate the ordeal to her mother, leading to an immediate police report.

After the complaint, Gujarat Police have arrested the eight accused men, including three acquaintances of the victim, in connection with the alleged kidnapping and gang-rape of a 15-year-old girl in Navsari district.

During interrogation by the Vansda police and the Navsari Local Crime Branch (LCB), the victim identified the three abductors as her friends.
