Haryana remained on top by achieving growth revenue of Rs 9732 crore
Chandigarh. Under the leadership of Principal Secretary of Excise and Taxation Department, Devendra Kalyan, Haryana has achieved a growth revenue of Rs 9732 crore in the month of November, creating a record in GST revenue growth.
GST revenue growth for the month of November 2022 was Rs 6769 crore. This time there has been 44% more growth in GST collection compared to the month of November last year. If Haryana is compared with the states of entire India, then after Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Haryana has come at fifth place in the entire India.
Uttar Pradesh, Telangana and West Bengal are also included in this GST growth. If we talk about the entire North India, then among all the UTs and states, Haryana has been at the top by receiving growth revenue of Rs 9732 crore in the month of November.
Punjab collected 2265 crore GST, 36% growth compared to last year, Delhi collected 5347 crore, 17% growth compared to last year, Himachal Pradesh collected Rs 802 crore, 19% growth, Jammu and Kashmir collected 469 crore. Revenue collected in GST has increased by 9%.
