Have you ever tasted Coconut Paneer, you will be left licking your fingers

Paneer is such a dish from which you can make snacks as well as vegetables. If you want to taste paneer in a different way, then we have brought you the recipe for making coconut paneer. Coconut is used along with paneer to make coconut paneer. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to make it. Coconut Paneer will give you hotel or restaurant taste which can be eaten anytime for lunch or dinner. Know its recipe.
necessary ingredients
Paneer – 250 grams
Fresh cream – 1/2 cup
Coconut grated – 5 tbsp
Tomato – 2-3
Onion – 2
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Paneer Masala – 1 tsp
Green chili – 3-4
Bay leaves – 2
Cloves – 2-3
Cardamom – 2-3
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

To make Coconut Paneer, first take the paneer and cut it into square pieces. After this, finely chop the onion and tomato. Now put some oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, put paneer in it and fry a little and then take it out. Keep in mind that the paneer should not be over fried or else the paneer will become hard which can reduce the taste of the vegetable.
Now add cumin, bay leaves and fry in the remaining oil of the pan. After roasting for a few seconds, add cloves and cardamom to it. Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry the spices for 1 more minute. After this, add finely chopped onion to the spices and fry till the onion becomes soft. After that add tomatoes and cook. When the tomatoes become soft, mix turmeric, paneer masala and garam masala in it and fry for some more time.
When the aroma starts coming from the gravy, add grated coconut and red chili powder to it and then after roasting for 2-3 minutes, add cream and mix them all. After this, finally add fried paneer and let the vegetable cook by adding water as needed. When the vegetable boils and the gravy becomes thick, turn off the gas. Flavorful Coconut Paneer curry is ready. Garnish it with grated coconut and serve it with roti, paratha.
