HC seeks answer from government on delay in mini secretariat construction work
Chandigarh. Earlier on March 25, to start the construction work soon and complete it within the time bound period, Shivalik Vikas Manch State President Vijay Bansal Advocate appealed to the Chief Secretary, Haryana Government, Additional Chief Secretary of Haryana Public Works Department, Executive Engineer, SDO and Additional Chief Secretary. A legal notice was sent to Secretary Holmes Jail Criminal Investigation and Administration of Justice Department, Haryana, District Deputy Commissioner Panchkula etc. through Dipanshu Bansal Advocate, despite which no action was taken, now Vijay Bansal has filed a PIL.
