Head injury from door during push, lover arrested after girl’s death

Bilaspur. Once again a case of murder has come to light in the Civil Line area. Girlfriend living in live in relationship murdered by her boyfriend. Both were living together for the last five years. Last night there was a dispute between the two regarding taking out food. The girlfriend got injured in the scuffle and died. Civil Line Police has arrested the accused lover.

According to the information, there was a love affair between Nidhi Kenwat, originally a resident of Juna Bilaspur Pachari Ghat, and Shatruhan Patel of Mangala. Both of them were living in Shaturahan’s house in Yadav Mohalla of Mangala for the last 5 years. Both the deceased and her lover used to run Chakhna Centre. Last night, Shatrughan had a dispute with Nidhi regarding taking out food. There was a scuffle between the two, in which Nidhi suffered serious injuries when her head hit the door and she died.

After the incident, accused Shatrughan fled from the spot. After receiving information about the incident, Civil Line police reached the spot and detained the accused youth from Takhatpur. The police have registered a case of murder and are taking further action.
