Heroic Sydney Man Faces Terrorist, Says “I’m Going to Die”

The terrorist attack on Jews in Sydney city, Australia, shocked the entire world. During this horrific attack, a man named Ahmed Al Ahmed confronted the terrorists. He showed courage and saved many lives. He became a real hero in the eyes of the entire world.

But the words that the real hero said before killing the terrorist are touching everyone’s hearts. “I can’t bear to see this horror. I’m going to die. Tell my family that I gave my life for the people,” Ahmed told his friend who was next to him at that time. He then attacked the terrorist. He grabbed the gun from his hand and pointed it at him. During the struggle with the terrorist, Ahmed was shot in the shoulder and leg.

Ahmed is currently receiving treatment in hospital. Doctors have performed three surgeries to remove the bullets. He is now said to be out of danger. Ahmed Al Ahmed is from Syria. He immigrated to Australia a decade ago, leaving a country torn apart by civil war, with dreams of a future. He started a new life with his family in Sutherland Shire, south of Sydney. He has two children. He runs a local fruit shop and supports his family.

Al Ahmed was drinking coffee with his cousin Joji Alkanj at a coffee shop on Bondi Beach when the attack happened. They ran outside in fear when they heard gunshots. Ahmed was shocked to see the carnage. He told his friend to tell him at home and attacked the terrorist. He showed courage even though he knew his life would be lost. Ahmed’s friend Alkanj revealed this to the media.
