High speed bike collided with electric pole, two youths died
Gorella Pendra Marwahi. Once again speeding proved fatal in the district. In Ghaghra village of Pendra police station area, a speeding bike lost control and collided with a roadside electric pole on Sunday. In this accident, the rider on the bike died on the spot, while the seriously injured driver died in the hospital. Meanwhile, the negligence of the police department was also seen. Even after getting the information, neither the Panchnama nor the post-mortem of the dead body was done. The body was similarly handed over to the family. On coming to know about the mistake, the police again sent the body kept for last rites to the hospital and completed the legal action.
The whole matter is of Pendra police station area. The collision with the electric pole was so strong that the bike was completely broken. The incident took place near Ghaghra village on the main road leading from Bastibagra to Pendra. Veerdas resident Bastibagra, who was sitting behind the bike in the accident, died on the spot. On the other hand, the seriously injured driver Sitaram Panika resident of Bedarchua was admitted to the district hospital with the help of Sanjivani Express by the nearby people. However, Sitaram also died during treatment.
