Lithuanian crypto kingpin had been to Varkala earlier

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The 46-year-old Lithuanian national Aleksej Besciokov, who was arrested by Kerala police based on the red corner notice issued by Interpol, had been to Kerala before.
