Raipur. The prisoners lodged in the jails of Chhattisgarh will not have to wait long to meet their families. Along with physical meeting, an opportunity to meet can also be given through video call.

State Home Minister Vijay Sharma gave this indication today. Vijay Sharma had reached Raipur Central Jail today. Here he talked to the prisoners in jail. While talking to the media after the jail inspection, he said that he also saw the cell where he himself was once confined.

He said that there is a need to improve the existing system of prisoners meeting their families. For this, the help of technology will be taken. He said that on January 22, the whole country will celebrate the death anniversary of Ram Lal, hence happiness will be celebrated in jails also. The jail will be decorated with colorful lights. Sweets will be distributed among the prisoners.
