Hotel businessman sent complaint to Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu
Shimla. In the matter of threatening the hotelier, a demand has been raised from the state government to remove the DGP from the post. The victim businessman Nishant Kumar Sharma has sent a complaint through mail to Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, demanding the removal of the DGP from the post.
The victim businessman says that the instructions of Himachal Pradesh High Court should be respected and the DGP should be removed from the post till the matter is investigated. The businessman says that Himachal Pradesh High Court has sought status report from SP Kangra and SP Shimla. The victim businessman alleges that the suspect and the alleged accused are senior officers to these two police officers.
In such a situation, as long as the alleged accused remains the DGP of the state, the investigation cannot be true and valid. The victim businessman said that it is not possible that a person who himself has committed the crime should remain the head of the investigating agency.
The aggrieved businessman has demanded Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu to immediately relieve the current DGP Sanjay Kundu in the interest of law and justice, so that an impartial and unbiased status report can be filed in the High Court of Himachal Pradesh. Now the police is scanning the footage of CCTV cameras of the area. Police has started investigation on the FIR lodged by DGP Sanjay Kundu in Shimla. Reverse investigation is also possible in this FIR. That means, not only the DGP, but the allegations of businessman Nishant Sharma can also be investigated in this case.
