How will the resolution of good governance be fulfilled by relying on corrupt and careless officers
Raipur. Prasanna R is a very careless and irresponsible officer. For the last 6 years, he has been continuously disobeying the court orders, now it has become his habit. He has also made huge irregularities in the appointment order of Assistant Professor Botany dated 11 March 2024. He has deliberately committed habitual contempt of the court order WPS/3898/2022, while by manipulating the order of a petition WPS/6358/2022, he has issued appointment orders to the wrong candidates, which were to be stopped for the said petition.
Along with this, in violation of the Reservation Act 2012 and Reservation Act 1994, he is harassing the selected Assistant Professor Vijay Shankar Patre of Scheduled Caste by stopping his appointment for 8 months. Whereas there is no legal problem in the appointment of Vijay Shankar Patre. How much Prasanna R respects the court order can be estimated by looking at the list of contempt petitions filed against him.

How will the resolution of good governance of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai be fulfilled by relying on such an officer. In the 7-8 months since Prasanna R took charge of the Higher Education Department of Chhattisgarh, misgovernance is going on. Vijay Shankar Patre’s appointment order has been withheld for 8 months, flouting reservation acts, judicial orders, and the order of the former Higher Education Minister. This is the latest example of Prasanna R’s corrupt work and misgovernance.
