HRTC employees get salary on time
Shimla. In HRTC, salaries have been paid to the employees and pensions have been paid to the pensioners. For the second consecutive month, HRTC employees have received their salaries and pensioners have received their pensions on time. Earlier in the month of November also, the salary and pension for the month of October was released on 2nd November. Now the salary and pension for the month of November has been deposited in the accounts of HRTC employees.
HRTC Managing Director Rohan Chand Thakur said that he has raised the issue of timely payment of salary and pension to HRTC employees with the government and finance department. Under this, employees and pensioners have received pension for the second consecutive month.
An amount of Rs 42 crore has been provided by the government for the salary of employees and an amount of Rs 22 crore for pension. Overall an amount of Rs 64 crore has been released.
Earlier, there was no fixed time for salary to HRTC employees and pension to pensioners. Sometimes salary and pension were given after ten days and sometimes after 20 days, but now salary is being provided on the first or second day of the month.
For this he has expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, Deputy CM Mukesh Agrihotri, Principal Secretary Finance Department and Principal Secretary Transport Department. On the other hand, HRTC employees are also happy with getting their salaries on time. The problems of arrears of employees, salary discrepancy of conductors and HRTC pensioners should be resolved in time.
