Husband shocked, wife’s actions after marriage upset him
Gorakhpur: A teacher posted in an inter college in Jhangha area of Gorakhpur was told by his wife to touch her feet and worship her, considering her as his mother. It is alleged that when the teacher did not do so, he got beaten by his parents. In the seventh month of marriage, the teacher has approached the police station. He has filed a case against his wife in Jhangha police station under sections 323, 452, 504, 506 IPC.
Teacher Ravindra Kumar, resident of Ghatapan North of Muzaffarnagar district, said that he was married on February 24, 2023 in a village in Adarsh Mandi police station area of Shamli district. After marriage, his wife started telling him to worship me as his mother. Don’t touch her feet otherwise she will kill everyone or commit suicide and trap you in violence. Ravindra Kumar complained about this to his in-laws. The in-laws said to do as she says. Ravindra Kumar’s wife went to her maternal home in March 2023. Ravindra alleges that his wife is mentally ill. He currently lives in a rented house in Ghatuli Road New Bazaar of Jhangha area. On September 18, around 7 pm, his wife arrived with her brothers and two unknown people, entered the house, abused him, kicked him, punched him and killed him with a sharp weapon. On the complaint of husband Ravindra, the police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
