Hyderabad: Couple commits suicide within hours of each other in Bachupally after domestic quarrel

Hyderabad: A couple committed suicide within a few hours of each other in Bachupally on Wednesday. It is being reported that this happened due to domestic discord. According to the police, Valpuri Durgangini (22) was married to Valpuri Srinivasulu in 2019. The couple lived in the watchman quarters of a building in Mithila Nagar, Bachupally.

On Wednesday morning, Durgangini allegedly hanged herself in her house. She was upset with frequent quarrels with her husband over petty issues. Later, in the afternoon, Srinivasulu also committed suicide by hanging himself in another house in the area fearing legal action. The Bachupally police have registered two separate cases and are investigating the incident.
