Hyderabad: Man tried to kill children

Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, a man tried to kill his three children and then commit suicide in Abdullapurmet on Wednesday morning. Ashok, a resident of BN Reddy Nagar in Vanasthalipuram, had gone to Inamguda lake in Abdullapurmet with his three children around 6 am in a car. He closed all the doors of the car and then drove it into the lake. Seeing this, the locals informed the police and also started efforts to rescue them. After a lot of effort, all four were rescued safely. An official from Abdullapurmet police station said that Ashok had some dispute with his wife and after the quarrel he left the house with the children. Police are investigating.
