Hyderabad: Tired of husband’s torture, woman commits suicide

Hyderabad: A married woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself due to harassment from her husband in Vanasthalipuram on Thursday night. The woman has been identified as Navya (26) and Suresh Kumar, who had a love marriage and the couple has three children, aged below five years. They are living in a rented house near Raithu Bazaar in Vanasthalipuram. According to information available, Suresh had been harassing Navya over petty issues for some time now. Unable to bear the harassment from her husband, Navya hanged herself from a ceiling fan at home by making a noose of her sari and committed suicide. On receiving information, Vanasthalipuram police reached the spot and started investigation.
