necessary ingredients
- 3 Rumali Roti
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 2 cups boneless chicken mashed
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 cup tomato (chopped)
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tbsp coriander
- Red chilli as per taste
- Salt as per taste
- 4 tbsp oil
recipe - Put 2 spoons of oil in the pan to heat on medium flame.
- Place Rumali Roti in it, cook it on both sides and keep aside.
- Pour remaining oil in the same pan and keep it to heat.
- Now add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry.
- After this add tomatoes, green chillies and capsicum and cook.
- Add red chilli powder, chicken and salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- After the stipulated time add coriander leaves.
- Spread the filling in equal quantity in the middle of Rumali Roti and roll it.
- Chicken Shahi Roll is ready. Serve with sauce or chutney.
