Mix Namkeen – 1/2 cup
Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Green chili – 1-2
Tamarind Chutney – 1 tbsp
Mint leaves – 7-8
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
black salt – as per taste
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds – 2 tbsp

How to make Peanut Bhel
To make peanut bhel, first heat a pan on medium heat. When the griddle is hot, put peanuts in it and fry them. After roasting the peanuts, take them out in a bowl and after mashing them, remove their skin and put the seeds in a bowl. After this, finely chop onion, green chili and tomato. Now take a big mixing bowl or utensil and put the mixed brine in it.
