recipe
To make stuffed tindas, first wash and peel the tindas. Make a slit in each log and take out the seeds from the middle to make a space inside to fill the masala. If you want, you can fry the spices in it and grind them. For this, first fry whole cumin, whole coriander, fennel, nigella and whole red chilli in a pan or wok and then grind it in a mixer.
Now peel the onion and grind it coarsely. You can also grind ginger and garlic together. Fry it well. Now mix roasted spices, dry mango powder and salt with onion. Fill this masala inside the tinda. Now take a pan or wok and add oil to it and heat it. Put the tindas in it, cover it and cook for 10 minutes. While the tindas are cooking, add chaat masala to the curd and whisk it. Put whipped curd on the cooked tindas and stir a little.
