Illegal cash worth Rs 8 lakh 20 thousand found in Brezza car seized

Mahasamund. Before the Lok Sabha elections in Chhattisgarh, the police administration has come in alert mode. On Sunday, SST team and Mahasamund police took major action against illegal transportation of cash and seized a huge amount of money. According to the information received from the police, the accused Amit Kumar Sahu was coming from Orissa towards Chhattisgarh illegally carrying a large amount of cash in a Brezza car. During this, SST and Mahasamund police seized Rs 8 lakh 20 thousand recovered in Brezza car during investigation at the interstate check post and detained the accused youth. Police said that no valid documents were found with the accused youth regarding the cash. After which the police took action and arrested the youth in a case of illegal transportation of cash. This entire matter is of Singhoda police station area.
