Illegal encroachment removed from four hundred and fifty square feet government land in Kalibari
Raipur. The team of District Administration and Municipal Corporation took action this morning to remove about 10 years old illegal encroachment at Kalibari Chowk. The corporation’s encroachment demolition squad has freed about four hundred and fifty square feet of land adjacent to the government forest residential complex from old illegal encroachment. For about ten years, one Jyotiprakash had illegally occupied this land and was running a business complex by building four permanent shops on it.
Municipal Corporation Zone No. 3 Commissioner Mr. Rakesh Sharma said that a notice was also issued to the encroacher in 2017 to remove this illegal encroachment. The occupier had refused to remove the four hundred and fifty square feet land by claiming that it was his property. On this, the revenue team investigated the matter under the leadership of Tehsildar and found this land to be government Nazul land. After this, this morning the corporation’s encroachment demolition squad has demolished this illegal encroachment in the presence of revenue officials and freed the land.
