Illegal trade of railway e-tickets, two caught
Raipur. Two have been caught doing illegal business of railway e-tickets. On the information of informer, Kotwali police raided and caught illegal business of railway e-tickets in Tirupati Travel located in Motipara. The shop operator and employee have been arrested in this action. When the witnesses present were given a notice under Section 91 CrPC and asked for the authorization letter in relation to the said tickets, they said that they did not have any authorization letter.
Then shop operator Roshan Kumar Rajput and employee Sandeep Sahu were made aware of the offense under Section 143 of the Railway Act and seized in front of the witnesses present. After the spot action, the accused shop operator and employee were arrested for the crime of Section 143 Railway Act under Section 179 of the same Act and a case of Section 143 Railway Act, crime number 2366/2023 dated 07.12.2023, was registered against them in RRB Post Durg. to be done.
