Shajapur: Quran Khwani was read before shifting to the new building of Sub-Health Center in Shujalpur of Shajapur district. ANM organized this event by calling Maulana, Sarpanch and 50 children. This is the case of Khedimandal Khan village of the district. The foundation stone of the new building had already been laid. Before shifting the goods, on 22nd November, ANM Rubina read Quran Khwani and distributed rote to Maulana, Sarpanch Wahid Khan and children.
In this case, Polay Kala BMO Dr. Mahendra Parmar has filed a case against ANM Rubina Khan and Hafiz Mohammad Afzal Khan for violation of election code of conduct. He told that the photos of the event were deleted by ANM after posting them on the government WhatsApp group.
During the conversation, ANM Rubina said that the village is Muslim dominated, hence the Quran was recited as per Muslim religion. The employees of other religions posted at this center have first brought the idols of Hindu Gods and Goddesses to the premises. Rubina told that children and people of Hindu community also came to the event.
District Medical Officer Dr. Raju Nidriya said that the matter has come to his notice. It is wrong to do this kind of activity in government premises. Action will be taken as per rules.
SDM Shujalpur Satyendra Singh said that the inauguration can be done normally by cutting the ribbon by installing the picture of the Father of the Nation in the government premises, but organizing any event by gathering people of any particular religion without the permission of the superiors during the period of code of conduct is a rule.
