India sent relief material for the people of Palestine, watch video

Ghaziabad: IAF C-17 aircraft carrying about 6.5 tonnes of medical aid and 32 tonnes of disaster relief material for the people of Palestine left for Egypt’s El-Arish airport. The material includes essential life-saving medicines, surgical supplies, tents, sleeping bags, tarpaulins, sanitation facilities, water purification tablets and other essential items.

The war continues between Israel and Hamas. Israel launched airstrikes on southern Gaza early Sunday and said it would intensify its attacks in the north of the enclave. Because America is committed to providing assistance to the Palestinians struggling with food, water, medicines and fuel. Palestinian media reported that at least 11 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli attack in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis. Palestinian media has spoken of an Israeli attack on the southern city of Rafah.

These attacks were carried out throughout the night. Earlier, Israeli military spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari had asked the people of Gaza to move towards the south. The attacks took place within a few hours of this call. “For your safety and well-being, move south,” Hagari told Israeli journalists at a briefing on Saturday. “We will continue to attack and increase attacks in the Gaza City area.” Meanwhile, the first fleet has reached Gaza Strip for assistance. This convoy of 20 trucks includes life-saving supplies which will be given to the Palestinian Red Crescent. US President Joe Biden, a longtime staunch supporter of Israel, expressed joy at the arrival of the aid after days of intense talks. He said the United States is committed to ensuring more aid reaches the Rafah border crossing.

The United States late Saturday proposed a draft of a UN Security Council resolution saying Israel has the right to defend itself. The resolution also demands that Iran stop exporting weapons to “militia and terrorist groups that threaten peace and security throughout the region.”

Gaza’s health ministry said on Saturday that Israeli air and missile attacks in response had killed at least 4,385 Palestinians, including hundreds of children, and displaced more than a million people in the territory. Nearly 100,000 people joined a pro-Palestinian demonstration in central London on Saturday and marched through the British capital demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. In a video released by the Israeli military on Saturday, Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Harzi Halevi told troops: “We are going into the Gaza Strip to destroy Hamas operatives and Hamas infrastructure. Since then the threat of ground attack has started looming.
