Innocent child sacrificed, couple gets life imprisonment
Ghatampur. Four convicts, including the couple who ate the heart of an innocent child in Ghatampur, were sentenced to life imprisonment. Four people, including a couple, have been found guilty of killing a girl and eating her liver at the behest of a Tantrik. Special Judge Pakso found all four guilty and sentenced them on Saturday. In fact, on the evening of 14 November 2020, a seven-year-old girl who was playing outside the house had gone missing. His body was found outside the village the next day. The dead body was very bare. It seemed. That the girl has been eaten by some wild animal. But the girl’s father had filed a case against Ankul, Vanshlal, Kamalram, Baburam and Suresh of the same village for murder of his daughter due to Tantra Mantra.
A childless couple is behind the gruesome incident. On the basis of the complaint, the police arrested Parshuram and his wife Sunaina of the village. Further investigation revealed that the couple did not have any children even after 19 years of marriage. On which a Tantrik had advised him to eat the heart of any child. The arrested accused Parshuram had asked his nephew Ankul and his partner Viren to bring the child’s heart. On which he was also lured with money. After planning the same, Ankul and Viren had kidnapped an innocent girl who was playing in the village. Where both of them took her to the field and tried to satisfy their lust. The girl was murdered when she screamed.
They lured the girl with firecrackers to kill her. On which the girl greedily went away with uncle and friend Viren. When the girl stopped in fear, uncle pressed his mouth. When she protested, he strangulated her to death. Parshuram, the one who gave her the betel nut, applied color to the girl, sprinkled water on her, tore open her stomach with a knife, cut the internal organs and took out the heart. Both of them confessed that uncle Parshuram and aunt Sunaina cooked the girl’s heart and ate it in their own home. Parashuram had given the betel nut for just Rs 1500. He had already given five hundred rupees to his brother Goga’s middle son Ankul and one thousand rupees to his friend Viren.
The hands of the team of doctors trembled while doing the postmortem of the girl’s body. The heart, lungs, liver, intestines, kidneys, spleen and even the membranes connecting these organs were missing. There were no organs inside the stomach. Injury marks were found on the girl’s private parts. Had attempted rape. According to the father, a day before the incident, there was a dispute in the neighborhood with the accused uncle in which I had come to intervene. While abusing, uncle had said that you will remember tomorrow’s Diwali. Uncle’s threat was not that serious. He ignored it. But the threat would be so painful that it would trouble the entire life. Hearing the incident, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had instructed the officers to disclose the incident and arrest the accused. Due to which Kanpur police became active. And by quickly collecting evidence and investigating, the incident was revealed.
The police investigation and court hearing in this case lasted for about three years and one month. Where all four were found guilty after thorough investigation. At the same time, the advocate fighting the case on behalf of the victim in the court also became emotional after getting justice. During the hearing of this case, ADGC Pradeep Pandey could not stop his tears while mentioning the postmortem report. He tearfully demanded the court to give death sentence to the four accused, calling it a crime of the rarest category. 10 witnesses were presented by the prosecution in the hearing. The court of Special Judge POCSO ADJ-13 Baker Shamim Rizvi has convicted all four accused on the basis of evidence.
