Innocent got new identity from Chirayu Yojana, got freedom from cut lip

Dantewada. Yashwant, a 5-month-old child of Rajkumar Sethia, a resident of Gram Panchayat Balud in the district, got a new identity under the National Child Health Programme. Right from the birth of the prince’s child, the lips were mutilated. Whose child’s parents were screened by Chirayu team under the National Child Health Program, the child’s parents were given detailed information about Chirayu Yojana and free surgery for the child.

During the screening, the child was admitted to Medicine Hospital Raipur with the consent of the relatives for successful operation. After which Yashwant’s successful surgery was done on March 14 by expert doctors. Yashwant is completely healthy today. Yashwant’s parents expressed their gratitude to the government and the health department for this cooperation and better treatment and they have said that my son Yashwant has got a new identity from Chirayu Yojana.
