2 cups sugar
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 tbsp pectin powder

First of all wash and clean the leaves thoroughly.
Add rose petals, lemon juice and some sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Put water in a pan on medium heat and cook till the sugar dissolves.
Take 2 spoons of sugar syrup in a bowl and make a solution by adding pectin powder to it.
Pour this solution again in the pan and mix it well.
