Irregularity in operation of agricultural shops, notice issued

Mahasamund. According to the instructions of the government and Deputy Director Agriculture Mr. F.R. Under the guidance of Kashyap, the Agriculture Department is regularly inspecting the agricultural centers operating in the district in the interest of the farmers. In this sequence, on July 29, the Pesticide Inspector Mahasamund Seema Karcham inspected Sahu Agriculture Center of village Pali of Mahasamund development block and Sinha Agriculture Center and Pandey Agriculture Center of Pateva.

Due to maintenance of insecticide stock register, non-display of price list, non-adding of source certificate and finding of medicines outside the expiry date in the above three centers, issuing show cause notices to the concerned firms under Insecticides Act 1968 and Rule 1971 within 03 days. Answer has been sought. If the reply is not received satisfactorily, action will be taken to suspend the license of the concerned firm.
