Dates will fulfill iron deficiency
If you are suffering from anemia, then you must eat dates. Dates are rich in iron, vitamins, calcium and phosphorus. Eating dates on an empty stomach in the morning increases the level of hemoglobin in the body.
Blood deficiency will be complete with raisins and almonds
Iron is also high in raisins and almonds. About 1.3 milligrams of iron is available from half a cup of raisins. Almonds are high in calcium and magnesium. Due to this, the deficiency of hemoglobin can be completed. Consume soaked almonds and raisins on an empty stomach in the morning.
Iron will increase with olive seeds
The iron level also increases with the seeds of olive or haleem. It is rich in fiber, iron and folic acid. It also boosts immunity. Many women lose blood during their periods. In such a situation, consumption of haleem seeds in the morning is beneficial.
