Let us tell you that the name of this famous orthopedic doctor of Bareilly is Pramendra Maheshwari. Pramendra had made inflammatory religious posts on social media. People of Muslim community complained about this to the police. On which the police took action and registered an FIR against Dr. Pramendra in the Kotwali police station.
However, in this regard, Dr. Pramendra Maheshwari says that this post was forwarded by mistake by his staff. Upon receiving the information, it was immediately removed. His intention was not to hurt anyone’s sentiments.
Advocate Shahwas Khan had complained about his post through Twitter. After which FIR was registered in the case. It is alleged that a controversial post regarding Muslim community was shared on WhatsApp group from the mobile number of Dr. Pramendra. There was an uproar after whose screen shot went viral.
After the religious post went viral, Muslim organizations also expressed strong protest. The delegation of Jamaat-Reza-e-Mustafa reached the police station and gave a complaint letter to the police station in-charge and demanded action. On the other hand, Pramendra Maheshwari says that the employees looking after his social media account have been removed. The employees had forwarded the message by mistake.
