In such a situation, Maggi lovers want to try something different, so we have brought you the recipe for making Maggi Pakora. You will never forget its wonderful taste. necessary ingredients

  • 1 cup Maggi (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • 2 tsp maggi masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
    Salt as per taste

    First of all, take a cup of boiled Maggi and mix it well by adding finely chopped capsicum, onion, garam masala, salt and Maggi masala. Now add ginger-garlic paste and gram flour and mix everything well. Mix the gram flour with Maggi by adding water little by little so that no lumps remain.
    Now heat oil in a pan and make small balls from Maggi mixture and deep fry in hot oil. Fry all these pakodas well by rotating them from all sides. Now take it out on tissue paper so that the extra oil comes out. Decorate well in a serving plate and enjoy with ketchup.
