J Nandkumar said, RSS will start ‘Bridging South’ campaign to counter ‘Cutting South’

New Delhi: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will launch a campaign called ‘Bridging South’ on December 12 in Kerala and Chennai to counter the ‘Cutting South’ program by a group of politically motivated people, said Pragya Pravah’s national convener and RSS member All India Executive J Nandakumar gave this information on Thursday.
Speaking exclusively to ANI, J Nandakumar said, “‘Bridging South’ will be inaugurated on December 12 in Delhi. This will be a program to counter the ideology behind the ‘Cutting South’ programme. Bharata is one from north to south, that is why it is said in the Vedas that India is one till the sea. We are one culturally and spiritually. But recently some elements with divisive mindset have tried to divide India.”

Without naming political parties, Nandakumar further said that some organizations have started a campaign on the message ‘India has to be divided’.
“Some political parties, some so-called intellectuals have started a campaign about ‘Cut South’. ‘India has to be divided’ is a definite message they are trying to give to the common people. When he was asked why he had chosen such a topic as ‘Cutting to the South’?” He said.
“They gave some strange explanation that they organized it on the background of the global divide of North and South. The event organized in Kerala was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Kerala. Another representative who was invited was confined to South India only. So what does this mean? This has nothing to do with the international agenda of the global South-North divide,” he said.

RSS members also said that there is some false propaganda behind the ‘Cutting South’ programme.
“This is definitely meant to send a poisonous and divisive message to the common people. Naturally, when ordinary people hear such a message from the media, they will not think about the so-called Global South and all that it entails. There is some false propaganda behind this ‘cutting of the South’ that Delhi is ignoring the South, with Kerala-Tamil Nadu-Chennai and others contributing more to the revenue and growing less,” said J Nandakumar.

“Naturally the common man who is not very politically literate will think that because the media has covered it, so and so has talked about it, yes there is some substance in it. So to counter such ideology that is being injected it must be countered intellectually.” He added.

Asked about the prominent faces attending, Nandakumar replied, “The Defense Minister has mainly agreed to come, with other Union ministers like Nitin Gadkari, Rajiv Chandrashekhar, V Muraleedharan and others joining us.” Are.”
He also informed that a program on similar lines will be organized for the North-Eastern region also.

“We will hold several ‘Bridging South’ programs in various southern cities, he said. After this ‘Bridging South’ we will plan a similar program like ‘Bridging North-East’ for other parts of India.”
