Jaipur: Education Minister conducted surprise inspection – To know the reality of government institutions including schools of Jodhpur
Jaipur : Education Minister Shri Madan Dilawar visited various areas of Jodhpur district on Friday and made a surprise inspection of schools and government institutions and learned the ground reality. During this, he inspected schools, Panchayat, Anganwadi center, Nand Ghar etc. and gave instructions for improving the arrangements related to them as well as for proper cleanliness. The Education Minister, while conducting a surprise inspection of Government Higher Secondary School, Kudi Housing Authority Sector 2, inspected the school building and premises in detail. Due to the partially dilapidated condition of the school building, some classes were held outside. After becoming aware of the situation, he informed the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, Dr. Dheeraj Kumar Singh and District Education Officer Smt. Santosh was asked to ensure completion of the building construction work. Ensure the construction of Takmina and after discussing with Jodhpur Development Authority, the construction work will be completed soon. Shri Dilawar inspected various classes, Anganwadi centre, Nand Ghar, toilets etc. Gave instructions to improve the cleanliness system of the school. He also interacted easily with the students of class 3, 11, 7 etc., listened to the children’s poems and also tested their general knowledge in an interesting manner with complete intimacy. Education Minister Shri Dilawar conducted a surprise inspection of Gram Panchayat Sangaria Luni Panchayat Samiti office. He interrogated the Village Development Officer and other officers present there about the activities and arrangements of their office etc. and also closely examined the list of people present, minutes of office meetings etc. and other documents. Shri Dilawar directed that a movement register should be maintained in the office to provide information about field operations and details and said that discipline can be ensured by making necessary improvements in the functioning of the office. The Education Minister inspected the e-Mitra room, meeting auditorium, Sarpanch room, recording room, toilet etc. Inspected the Gram Panchayat office and gave instructions for necessary improvements in the premises and facilities. The Education Minister conducted a surprise inspection of Bhadwasiya Government Higher Secondary School. He visited various classrooms in the school premises and inspected various areas of the school in detail including attendance register, staff room etc.
