Jaipur: Vacant posts in the Community Health Center of Manoharthana will be filled soon – Medical Health Minister
Jaipur . Medical and Health Minister Shri Gajendra Singh said in the Assembly on Tuesday that the vacant posts in Manoharthana Community Health Center of Jhalawar district will be filled soon.
The Medical and Health Minister was answering the supplementary questions asked by the member in this regard during the Question Hour. He said that a new blood bank is established when the annual consumption in the blood storage unit reaches 2 thousand units. He said that at present the consumption of blood in CHC Manoharthana is not more than 50 units per year, hence due to less consumption the blood will get spoiled. He told that blood storage facility is available in Aklera, 40 kilometers away from Manoharthana and Trauma Center is established in Jhalawar Medical College.
Earlier, in a written reply to the original question of MLA Shri Govind Prasad, the Medical and Health Minister said that blood is supplied to the Community Health Center Manoharthana from the District Hospital Jhalawar. He said that according to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940, a new blood bank is established when the annual consumption in the blood storage unit is up to 2 thousand units. He said that at present the establishment of a blood bank in CHC Manoharthana is not under consideration due to the annual consumption being less than 2 thousand units.
The Medical and Health Minister said that according to the Trauma Guide Line of the Government of India, injured persons should not require transportation more than 50 km under any circumstances, hence there is a provision to set up a Trauma Center at a distance of every 100 km. He told that Trauma Center is established in Jhalawar Medical College.
Shri Singh said that as per the trauma guidelines and quality, if there is financial provision, a trauma center can be established in the community health center, Manoharthana. Shri Singh placed on the table of the House the list of government hospitals running in Manoharthana assembly constituency. He also placed on the table of the House the list of approved, working and vacant posts of specialists, doctors and non-gazetted cadre in the medical institutions operating in the Manoharthana assembly constituency. He said that efforts will be made to fill the vacant promotion posts as much as possible with doctors promoted under DACP or PG completed doctors if available.
Medical and Health Minister said that to fill the vacant posts of Medical Officer, the process of recruitment of one thousand 265 vacant posts is proposed and to fill the vacant posts of Medical Officer (Dental), the application for 172 posts has been sent to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur. Has gone. He said that in the Medical and Health Department, there are 8 thousand 750 posts of Nursing Officer, 3 thousand 67 of Pharmacist, 4 thousand 847 of Female Health Worker, 1 thousand 178 of Assistant Radiographer, 2 thousand 190 of Lab Technician and 151 posts of Dental Technician. The recruitment process is under process by issuing a release through. After the completion of the recruitment process, consideration can be given to posting the personnel on the vacant posts.
Shri Singh said that at present a community health center with 30 beds is approved in Kasba Manoharthana Panchayat. He said that the bed utilization (B.O.R.) of the sanctioned beds in the year 2022 has been 72.18 percent, hence increasing the beds of Community Health Centre, Manoharthana is not under consideration at present.
