JCB machine and two highways seized, police action continues on illegal mining

Sarangarh: Police has taken major action against illegal mining in Sarangarh district of Chhattisgarh. Police and mining department teams have seized a JCB machine and two highways used in illegal mining. According to the information received, the police and mineral department were receiving many complaints regarding illegal mining.

In a joint action, the team of Police and Mineral Department have recovered a JCB machine and two Haiva vehicles doing illegal mining in village Chhotekhaira. The police have taken action by seizing the JCB machine and both the Haiva vehicles used in illegal mining. At present, the police has not yet disclosed the names involved in illegal mining.
