Jheeram massacre was a well-planned conspiracy by BJP: Congress
Raipur. Congress has expressed strong objection to the statements made by BJP in the context of Jheeram incident. Senior state Congress spokesperson Dhananjay Singh Thakur said that the Jheeram massacre was part of a well-planned conspiracy by the BJP. Jheeram Ghati incident was an incident which ended an entire generation of Congress leadership. The horrific and heart-wrenching incident that took place in independent India took place during the rule of Bharatiya Janata Party during the rule of Dr. Raman Singh and its culprits must be punished. Senior State Congress spokesperson Dhananjay Singh Thakur said that after the formation of the Congress government, the Congress government had formed the SIT to investigate the Jheeram attack, but the BJP central government did not allow the file of Jheeram from the NIA to be given to the SIT. As soon as it comes to the investigation of Jheeram Valley incident, I don’t know why the big leaders of BJP start getting nervous, in some way or the other they try to obstruct its investigation, sometimes they make statements, sometimes they protest. Sometimes they approach the court and file PIL, which means that in any way the BJP does not want to allow the investigation of Jheeram Valley to happen. BJP wants to disrupt the investigation. Former leader of opposition Dharamlal Kaushik had brought a stay on the investigation of Jheeram Judicial Commission. BJP is afraid that if Jheeram’s truth comes out, she will be exposed. BJP leaders are afraid that the investigation into the Jheeram Valley incident will reveal some truth that will expose the evil face of the then BJP government?
Are the BJP people afraid that the failure of the government of their master, the then Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh, and the gross negligence shown by them in providing security to the Congress’ Parivartan Yatra will come to light? What is BJP afraid of? Is Shri Dharamlal Kaushik afraid that some big conspiracy behind this Naxalite incident will be exposed which may affect his entire party? After all, whom are BJP and its people trying to save? Senior State Congress spokesperson Dhananjay Singh Thakur said that BJP is afraid that if Jhiram’s truth comes out, she will be exposed. There has never been a more cruel ruler than Raman Singh in independent India. 32 opposition leaders were murdered simultaneously and the then government was trying its best to prevent the truth from coming out. Big leaders of BJP kept making continuous efforts to stop the investigation of Jheeram, it is clear that the role of the then BJP government behind Jheeram was suspicious. Senior spokesperson of State Congress, Dhananjay Singh Thakur said that even today the people of Chhattisgarh want to know why the security of Congress’s Parivartan Yatra was removed in the heavily Naxal area itself. For the BJP, the Jheeram massacre could be just a mistake by its then government and a conspiracy by its then government. For the Congress, Jheeram is a wound which can never heal. This incident is a stain on the democracy of the country which can never be erased. Congress has lost an entire generation of its leaders in Jheeram. Congress party will make every effort to expose Jheeram’s conspiracy. No matter how many obstacles are created in exposing this conspiracy, Congress will fight them firmly.
