Jobi College players hoisted the flag despite bad weather
Raigarh. There is special enthusiasm about these two players in Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Government College Jobi-Barra. It is noteworthy that on Thursday 07 December 2023, as per the instructions of Principal Mr. Ravindra Kumar Thawait, the players of Jobi College participated in the sector level sports competition and made the college proud with their hard work, enthusiasm and progress. In these competitions, Ms. B.Sc., a third year student, stood first in javelin i.e. javelin throw. Ameshwari Rathiya and Ms. Madhu Mahant got second position in tawa throw.
Whereas, in 200 and 400 meters race, third year BA student Ku. Sushma Yadav along with B.Sc first year student Ms. Phoolmati Rathiya and Ms. B.Sc., third year student. Bhuvaneshwari Mahant was successful in securing fourth position. Let us tell you that despite the bad weather during this period, the players of the race demonstrated their unique abilities very well. Problems like rain, cold winds, mud in the field and wet track came as many challenges for him, but he accepted it enthusiastically. She remained steadfast towards her goal even in adverse circumstances.
