Junior clerk of Sub-registrar office in Khandagiri arrested by Odisha Vigilance
Bhubaneswar: The Junior clerk of the Sub-registrar office in Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar has been arrested by Odisha Vigilance in trap case.
As per reports, Debajani Kar, Junior Clerk, office of Sub Registrar, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar has been placed under arrest by Odisha Vigilance and will be forwarded today to Court for demanding and taking bribe of Rs.20,000 from a complainant for execution of Registered Sale Deed (RSD) of subplot on 09.12.2024.
Verification of cash over Rs.15 lakhs found during search of Sub-Registrar Office following trap, being done by Senior Departmental Officer and Vigilance Officers.
In this connection, Bhubaneswar Vigilance PS case No.26 dt.08.12.2024 has been registered against Ms. Debajani Kar, Junior Clerk.
