Kajol joins the cast of Noyonika in ‘The Trial’
New Delhi (IANS). Actress Kajol will be seen in the upcoming courtroom drama ‘The Trial’ as Noyonika Sengupta. Kajol has immersed herself in the role and has connected with the character.
Kajol’s courtroom drama The Trial – Pyaar Kanoon Dhoka traces the journey of Noyonika. After her unfaithful husband, she embarks on a journey that truly tests her. She overcomes all the challenges of life.
Echoing the sentiments of countless mothers, Kajol says, “What I love about Nayonika’s character is that she is a woman and a mother.”
“She does what she has to do in any case. I think it’s a very practical mindset that every mother will understand.”
He continued, “There are times in your life when you reach a very practical point of view that if something needs to be done it will be done, regardless of what the world thinks.”
The show also stars Sheeba Chaddha, Jisshu Sengupta, Aly Khan, Kubbra Sait and Gaurav Pandey in pivotal roles.
