Kapurthala: 3 illegal police posts removed

Jalandhar: In a significant move to streamline law enforcement and improve public safety, the Kapurthala police have removed three illegal police posts located at Phagwara Industrial Area, Kapurthala Urban Estate and Badshahpur village. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Gaurav Tura announced the decision while talking to The Tribune on Friday. SSP Tura said officers posted at these illegal posts have been redeployed to their respective police stations. The restructuring is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining general law and order in the district while targeting anti-national and anti-social elements.
