Karimnagar: After love marriage, parents built a wall to block the way to daughter’s house

Karimnagar: The parents of a woman in Eradapalli of Shankarapatnam mandal blocked the road leading to their daughter’s house by building a wall. According to villagers, Mamta fell in love with Ratnakar from the same village and married him last year against the wishes of her parents.

Annoyed with their daughter’s decision, Mamta’s parents built a wall blocking the road leading to Ratnakar’s house. Videos and photos of the wall built on the road are being circulated on various social media platforms. The villagers tried to convince Mamta’s parents to demolish the wall. When they did not do so, the villagers lodged a complaint with the police.
