Keep these 5 special things in mind when the heels are torn

Cracked, dry, dusty heels from slippers put a stain on your beauty. When the ankles are excessively torn, there is a lot of pain while walking in them, and the gait also deteriorates. So let’s know some special things.To protect the ankles, one should not walk barefoot and must wear socks in winter.After coming from outside, wash the feet thoroughly and wipe the fur with a dry towel.Save your feet from soap, detergent, caustic soda, dish washing bar.At the time of bath, regularly wash the heels with water and rub them with foot scrub or pumice stone to clean the dead cells.

If there are more cracks in the ankles, put 4 teaspoons of salt in half a bucket of lukewarm water and keep it immersed for 10-15 minutes. Then massage with foot scrub. By doing this daily, the cracks will heal in a few days.
