Kidnappers of industrialist acquitted, High Court’s decision

Raipur. The High Court has acquitted all the six accused in the famous Praveen Somani kidnapping case. Six accused in the kidnapping case of industrialist Praveen Somani, Pradeep, Shishir, Munna, Toofan, Dr. Aftab Alam and Anil Chaudhary have been acquitted.

The Divisional Bench of Chief Justice of Bilaspur High Court has given this decision. Let us tell you that on January 8, 2020, businessman Praveen Somani was kidnapped from Dharsiwan, Raipur. The special team of Raipur Police had arrested the accused from Bihar, Orissa, Uttar Pradesh and other states.

Let us tell you that on January 8, 2020, industrialist Praveen Somani was kidnapped by criminals while he was going home from his factory in Siltara. The kidnapping of the industrialist had created a stir in the entire state. After two weeks of hard work in the case, the police recovered Praveen Somani safely from near Lucknow.
