Killed wife and buried her body, husband arrested with gun

Balrampur: If there is a wall of doubt between the husband-wife relationship, then the story takes a dangerous turn. One such case has come to the fore from Shankargarh police station area of Balrampur district, where a husband murdered his wife due to doubts about her character. He buried the dead body of his wife in the grave for the purpose of hiding the evidence and kept sleeping peacefully without worrying. Later, on the information of the neighbors, the police have now succeeded in the case and have arrested the accused husband and sent him to jail.

It is noteworthy that the sensational case of murder of wife on suspicion of character and then burying the dead body in the grave has come to the fore from Jamhati village of Shankargarh police station area of Balrampur district. Here 55-year-old Ghelu Ram Oraon suspected his wife Manmati of having an illegal relationship with a stranger. Then this whole dispute turned into a murder. The accused husband beat his wife so much with sticks and kicks that she died.

Later, when the neighbors got the news of Manmati not being seen in the village, then the whole matter reached the police station and the police engaged in the investigation of the case by filing a missing report got serious clues during the investigation. On which the police, after investigation, have now arrested the accused husband and sent him to jail. The stick and the shovel used to bury the dead body along with a loaded gun have also been seized from the possession of the accused. Disclosing the matter, ASP Chandresh Singh Thakur said that the accused had gone to jail in serious cases like murder, rape in the past as well. Overall, he was a habitual criminal.
