Late night raid, restaurant operator found running hookah bar inside, arrested

Raipur: Even after the ban, hookah was being served in Mana police station area. The police has arrested Durgesh Kumar Rawat, the hookah serving operator at The Circle restaurant operating in Mana area. Mana police received information from the informer on Saturday at 12.30 pm that hookah was being served at The Circle restaurant operating in the PTS area. The police raided and caught the operator from the spot. At the instance of the operator, four pieces of hookah pipe, one packet of magic coal, one tongs, one strainer have been recovered.
