Life imprisonment for murderer
Visakhapatnam: A man named Pola Erram Naidu has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Peddinthi Eswaramma of Vijayarampuram village in Dattirajeru mandal of Vizianagaram district.
Police said that Eshwaramma was married to Thentu Simhadri about 24 years ago. Two years later her husband died due to illness. Since then, she lived with her mother and survived on daily wages.
Eshwaramma entered into a relationship with Eram Naidu of the same village. Naidu did not do any work and was dependent on Eshwaramma.
This led to frequent fights and separations last year. one day. Eram Naidu reached Eshwaramma’s house, where they fought again. Erram Naidu brutally beats Easwaramma, resulting in her death.
Eshwaramma’s mother submitted a complaint to the Burjavalasa Police Commissionerate, who initiated an investigation and arrested Eram Naidu. He was convicted for murder in the Vizianagaram District Tribunal, which sentenced him to life imprisonment for the murder of Eshwaramma.
