Liquor Kochiya Mahua arrested with liquor
Gariaband: On the instructions of SP Amit Tukaram Kamble, all police station/post in-charges were directed to take action against those selling illegal liquor. In compliance with the above instructions, police station Fingeshwar, while patrolling the countryside, got information from the informer that Anandram Sonwani of village Parsadakala had illegally kept raw Mahua liquor in the courtyard of his house to earn illegal money.
On verification of the information, after reaching the spot, 8 liters of raw Mahua liquor was seized in a yellow colored plastic jar kept in the courtyard of the house. The same accused Anand Ram Sonwani, father Guhiram Sonwani, age 45 years, village Parsadakala has been arrested. In the said proceedings, police station in-charge sub-inspector Jitendra Kumar Vijaywar, PR Duleshwar Baghel, constable Govinda Diwan, Roshan Sahu, Surendra Netam, Birendra Nishad, Suryakant Kure, SI Yashwant Patel MR Lakshmi Dhruv had commendable contribution.
